Vegan Pumpkin Pie Nice Cream
Cook and Prep Time: 15 minutes
2 frozen bananas
2 T almond butter
3 T pumpkin puree
1/4 cup dates, pitted and chopped
1/4 t cinnamon
1/4 t pumpkin pie spice
Blood orange, sliced
Blend all ingredients together. I like to use my Vitamix. And voila! Pumpkin Nice Cream!
If you will be eating this later, pour into a freezer safe container. Let thaw for 5 minutes and spoon into dishes when you are ready to eat! I like to garnish with cranberry sauce and a slice of blood orange.
